2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Vaib LLC operates SMS-based services that enable users to interact with AI-powered assistants via text message. The following terms apply to all SMS messaging services.

2.1 Consent and Opt-In

By texting our phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Vaib LLC in response to your messages. You are opting in to a two-way conversational messaging service. We will only send messages in direct response to your texts — we do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages via SMS.

2.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your usage. You will receive replies to messages you initiate. No recurring automated messages are sent without your interaction.

2.3 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Vaib LLC does not charge any fees for SMS messaging, but your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply.

2.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may opt back in at any time by texting our number again.

2.6 Privacy

2.7 Supported Carriers

Our SMS services are available on major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Consulting Services

Vaib Studio provides technology consulting services including automation, AI integration, product development, and related services. Specific terms for consulting engagements are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Send or solicit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the services for any illegal purpose

5. AI-Generated Content

Our SMS services may use artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated content is provided "as is" for informational and conversational purposes only. It should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services, including SMS messaging, are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaib LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, including SMS messaging.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
